Scottsdale Community College student athletes completed an incredible academic calendar for the 2024-25 season, finishing with a department GPA of 3.25.

All seven Artichoke programs recorded a GPA of 3.0 or higher. Volleyball once again recorded the highest GPA, coming in at 3.49. Volleyball has posted SCC's top GPA in four of the past 10 seasons that the internal numbers have been tracked.

It was also the second school year in a row that all seven programs were at a 3.0 or higher.

Individually, 46 Artichoke student athletes earned NJCAA All-Academic honors for finishing with a 3.6 GPA or higher.

The 2025-26 season is just around the corner. The men's and women's soccer programs will compete in their opening scrimmages on Friday, August 8. Volleyball kicks off their campaign with the annual jamboree on Saturday, August 9 at Ottawa University. Complete schedules are located on www.gochokes.com.
