The #7 Scottsdale women's soccer team played to a 2-2 draw with #9 Pima tonight at SCC.

The Artichokes are now 5-1-1 overall and 4-1-1 in the ACCAC.

The two sides played a scoreless opening 45 minutes. Sandra Lakic got SCC on top with a breakaway goal in the 66^th minute. Pima answered quickly, knotting the game at 1-1 just three minutes later.  Sydney Delaney put Scottsdale back in front when she slotted one home after a wild skirmish in front of the goal in the 81^st minute. But the lead was once again short-lived as Pima tied things at 2-2 in the 85^th minute. The Artichokes threatened in the final minutes but could not convert a game winner.

Scottsdale will return home on Saturday, September 27 when they host Paradise Valley at 5:45 p.m.
