The No. 21 Scottsdale volleyball team swept Chandler-Gilbert 3-0 tonight at SCC.

The win improved the Artichokes to 8-3 overall and 4-2 at the halfway mark of the ACCAC conference season.

The Coyotes led 6-3 early in the opening set, but it was all SCC after that in a 25-15 Artichokes win. Scottsdale led by as many as seven in taking the second set 25-21. The third set was even at 13-13 before SCC closed it out by winning 12 of the final 18 points.

Next up the Artichokes will travel to No. 12 Glendale on Wednesday, October 8. The match will begin at 7 p.m. GCC beat SCC in five sets back on September 5 at SCC.
