The No. 16 Scottsdale volleyball team was swept tonight at home by the Pima Aztecs.

SCC is now 11-5 overall and 6-4 in the ACCAC.

The first set was tightly contested, before the Aztecs rallied late to win it 25-21. From that point Pima took control of the match and won the next two sets by scores of 25-16 and 25-18.

Anissa El-Ali had 16 kills on the night. Elle Petcu had 14 digs. The Artichokes hit .182 over the three sets.

Scottsdale will next host Mesa on Friday, October 24. The match will begin at 7 p.m.
