The Scottsdale volleyball team closed out the regular season in winning form, defeating Chandler-Gilbert in four sets.

Set scores for the match were 25-15, 24-26, 25-22, 25-18. SCC is now 12-6 overall and wrap up the conference slate with a 7-5 mark.

The No. 21 Artichokes now turn their attention to the NJCAA Region I Division II Playoffs. SCC will be the No. 3 seed and will travel to face No. 2 Glendale on Wednesday, November 5 at 7 p.m. The format this year has changed to a four-team single elimination tournament. In the other semifinal No. 1 Mesa will host No. 4 Pima, also on Wednesday.

The region championship match will take place on Friday, November 7 at the highest remaining seed.
