Cold shooting dooms Men's Basketball
A cold night from the floor led the Scottsdale men's basketball team to an 82-55 defeat at Chandler-Gilbert.
Scottsdale falls to 11-10 overall and 5-5 in the ACCAC.
SCC managed to only shoot 28.8% from the floor. The Coyotes however shot 50.8%. The Coyotes did most of their damage inside, outscoring the Artichokes 42-18 with points in the paint.
Bryce Anderson's 14 points were the most for SCC. Quincy Kirk added 11 points and a team-best nine rebounds.
Scottsdale will next travel to South Mountain to face the Cougars on Saturday, January 31. Tipoff is scheduled for 4 p.m.
