The Scottsdale women's basketball team completed the season sweep of Chandler-Gilbert with a 67-60 victory today at SCC.

SCC is now 17-8 overall and 11-5 in the ACCAC.

The Artichokes jumped out to a 25-12 lead after one quarter. The lead was trimmed to eight at 42-34 at the half. The Coyotes closed within one at 51-50 after three. The Artichokes put together a strong fourth to secure the game.

Mia Davis led SCC with 20 points. Vanessa Sepulveda added 15 and Landin Kelley chipped in 11.

Scottsdale has locked in the three-seed for the upcoming Region 1 playoffs which begin on March 4. SCC will play at either Mesa or Pima.

There is still some regular season work to be done and up next is a trip to South Mountain on Wednesday, February 25. Tipoff is scheduled for 5:30 p.m.
